We've updated our slip rental rates for the 2026–2027 season. Here's a summary of what's changed and the discounts available to new and renewing customers.

Covered Wet Slip Rates

Monthly rates vary by dock and slip dimensions, with meaningful savings available on 1, 2, and 3-year leases. Rates are based on slip size — from our compact Dock E slips up through our larger Dock H slips built for bigger vessels.

Dry Stack Storage

Our dry stack program continues to be one of the most popular options at Hurst Harbor — valet launch service means your boat is in the water and ready when you arrive, with no trailering required.

Updated Service Fees

Trailer Storage (2-axle): $85 + tax
Trailer Storage (3-axle): $100 + tax
Transient Slip: $100 extra/month
Ramp, Slip & Trailer Storage: $100/day
Hoist (6,600 lb): $150 + tax
Hoist (8,800 lb): $175 + tax
Electrical Usage: $0.15/KW-hr

Available Discounts

We reward longer commitments and multi-slip customers:

1-Year Lease: 12th month free
2-Year Lease: 12th month free year 1; 11th & 12th free year 2
3-Year Lease: 11th & 12th month free each year
2nd Slip: 10% discount on lowest rental rate
3rd Slip: 15% discount on lowest rental rate
Pay in Full: 5% discount on a 12-month lease

Note: A 3% surcharge applies if paying by credit card. No surcharge for cash, check, or ACH. All leases require a signed agreement, and a 30-day written notice is required for cancellation. Rates effective until January 1, 2027.
